This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle, which includes QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
• Establish and nurture multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
• Proactively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring net revenue retention exceeds 120%.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to guarantee product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores remain on track, achieving gross revenue retention above 93%.
• Conduct executive business reviews and convert platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
• Accurately predict renewal and expansion revenue in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by highlighting product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
• Navigate intricate contract negotiations and procurement processes with legal and finance stakeholders.
• Minimum of 6 years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying position in B2B SaaS.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal goals for enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
• Strong executive presence, comfortable engaging with VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic discussions.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with extended sales cycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster trusted advisor relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of constructing ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred).
