• Act as the main point of contact for clients via email, phone, and Zoom, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production by coordinating essential information and establishing clear expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to manage internal project tasks, keeping web design and SEO projects on track and ensuring all details are addressed.
• Recognize potential retention risks and upsell opportunities within the client base, taking proactive measures to enhance client relationships and increase revenue.
• Assist the sales pipeline by following up on inbound leads and scheduling qualified calls with the co-founders.
• Navigate challenging conversations, complaints, and escalations with composure, resolving issues effectively without needing founder intervention.
• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or a comparable client-facing role within a marketing or web services agency.
• Strong understanding of web design project workflows and SEO service delivery, along with the ability to communicate confidently with clients about both subjects.
• Practical experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
• Established history in client retention, upselling, and facilitating sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of communicating clearly and professionally via email, phone, and video calls.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of client accounts, and function with minimal supervision in a dynamic remote work environment.
