This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for clients via email, phone, and Zoom, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
β’ Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production by coordinating essential information and establishing clear expectations.
β’ Collaborate with the team to manage internal project tasks, keeping web design and SEO projects on track and ensuring all details are addressed.
β’ Recognize potential retention risks and upsell opportunities within the client base, taking proactive measures to enhance client relationships and increase revenue.
β’ Assist the sales pipeline by following up on inbound leads and scheduling qualified calls with the co-founders.
β’ Navigate challenging conversations, complaints, and escalations with composure, resolving issues effectively without needing founder intervention.
β’ Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or a comparable client-facing role within a marketing or web services agency.
β’ Strong understanding of web design project workflows and SEO service delivery, along with the ability to communicate confidently with clients about both subjects.
β’ Practical experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
β’ Established history in client retention, upselling, and facilitating sales processes.
β’ Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of communicating clearly and professionally via email, phone, and video calls.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of client accounts, and function with minimal supervision in a dynamic remote work environment.
