This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller Enterprise accounts from start to finish, serving as the sole commercial owner for each client.
• Take responsibility for renewal outcomes, timelines, and ensuring commercial integrity across your accounts.
• Guarantee that renewals are strategically planned, accurately forecasted, and executed punctually without any reactive extensions or lapses.
• Maintain a continuous 12-month renewal forecast for your assigned accounts.
• Lead renewal preparations, pricing discussions (within established parameters), and contract management.
• Track account health indicators such as engagement, usage, responsiveness, and overall sentiment.
• Proactively recognize churn risks and collaborate with Customer Success to address them promptly.
• Serve as the primary liaison for your assigned accounts.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes, timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through.
• Effective communicator with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Commercially curious and eager to advance into a senior commercial role.
