This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Serve as the primary contact for up to 30 clients.
• Oversee a team of up to 8 members working on your clients' accounts.
• Guarantee a positive and professional client service experience.
• Ensure quality assurance for our key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Foster a strong pod culture that emphasizes performance.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients joining a pod.
• Develop and uphold strategic objectives for each client by completing and maintaining necessary documentation.
• Monitor and report on internal strategies implemented by senior management.
• Prepare account status reports and distribute them to clients.
• Assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Recognize operational gaps and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate the integration of cross-functional teams for effective client management.
• Ensure timely delivery of work by adhering to established weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Manage, analyze, and forecast the financial performance of the pod.
• Develop, oversee, and plan for optimal service capacity within the pod.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure the pod operates effectively as a mini business unit in service delivery.
• Drive innovation and manage changes associated with new initiatives within the pod environment.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Background in digital marketing or advertising.
• Experience in managing multiple client relationships.
• Demonstrable understanding of LinkedIn features and capabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Professional coaching from external life and business coaches.
• Dedicated training from our in-house team.
