This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients following their onboarding process.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for agents.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and developing new business.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to discover trends and growth opportunities.
• Gather and relay feedback from training sessions to relevant departments to drive enhancements.
• Enhance agency performance by training new agencies and identifying/removing barriers affecting current output.
• Identify high-performing agencies and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition to additional points of contact.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all carrier markets, products, commission structures, and appointment procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing P&C insurance, specifically to Independent Agents.
• Proven experience in training and developing agency staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capability to assess agency qualifications for appointment and make recommendations regarding appointments or dismissals.
• Experience in selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial products, with homeowners and personal auto experience being advantageous.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
• Active TDI P&C license is mandatory; CPCU and/or CIC designation is a plus.
• Self-driven and proactive; capable of working independently while effectively collaborating.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a commitment to assisting others in problem-solving.
• Adaptable and willing to take necessary actions to achieve exceptional results.
