This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Utilize industry skills and expertise to enhance our groundbreaking transportation services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while recognizing and appropriately escalating potential daily issues or service shortcomings.
• Aid in the management of daily account services, alongside recruiting, screening, and credentialing service providers (third-party transportation companies).
• Oversee and manage Field Operations, including but not limited to new client onboarding, client retention and growth, as well as expanding existing accounts.
• Accountable for the ongoing enhancement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system.
• Act as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, offering guidance, direction, and feedback.
• Ensure a safe and efficient environment for our passengers, contractors, and the general public by enforcing regulatory and client policies and procedures.
• Supervise all local transportation to ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of EverDriven contracts with clients and providers.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
• Collaborate with EverDriven departments to create and sustain documentation related to provider information, operations, as well as maintenance and safety inspections.
• Comprehend and adhere to safety regulations set by regulatory agencies and client contracts.
• As part of routine business operations, employees in this position may access and/or alter electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in compliance with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations is advantageous.
• Exceptional professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
• Strong proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment.
