This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a pipeline of current customer accounts to enhance retention and stimulate growth.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with over 150 accounts by executing regular debriefs, product demonstrations, and check-in calls.
• Identify growth opportunities within your existing clientele through referrals and various networking efforts.
• Adhere to the AM Daily Dashboard workflow as outlined in the CRM.
• Keep a precise and current pipeline forecast.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Actively engage and contribute in team meetings, Slack discussions, and one-on-one sessions.
• Utilize various communication methods to proactively engage and expand your accounts.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Previous outbound or prospecting experience is advantageous!
• Proven history of meeting and/or surpassing targets through upselling and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional listening abilities.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained.
• OTE up to $105K CAD + Stock Options + Benefits.
