This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
β’ Take ownership of renewals and expansions within a designated portfolio of approximately 50-70 strategic accounts, consistently achieving or surpassing growth and revenue objectives.
β’ Implement account strategies that align Esusuβs platform with the business goals of clients, enhance portfolio performance, and meet resident impact targets.
β’ Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding, activation, and ongoing value delivery.
β’ Assess account health and proactively recognize risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate internal resources for execution.
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships with executive stakeholders, decision-makers, and daily operators.
β’ Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), utilizing data to convey insights, highlight opportunities, and establish next steps.
β’ Prioritize and monitor open items, ensuring prompt follow-up on operational, technical, and commercial requirements.
β’ Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products, processes, and the overall client experience.
β’ Represent Esusu at industry events and conferences as necessary to strengthen relationships, gather market insights, and promote growth.
β’ Experience and knowledge in commercial real estate.
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
β’ Resourcefulness β A proactive, organized self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, with the skill to tailor messages for executives, operators, and technical partners.
β’ Technical proficiency β Capable of navigating both internal and external challenges and resolving obstacles effectively.
β’ Proven history of establishing trusted, long-term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders.
β’ Background in real estate, property management, and/or fintech.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles with revenue responsibilities.
β’ Experience in a startup or high-growth setting.
β’ BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and other reporting/analytics platforms.
β’ Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends, particularly in housing or financial services.
