This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee, develop, and maintain enduring relationships with our clients.
• Comprehend customer requirements and present ADI solutions that offer mutual benefits.
• Spot and capitalize on new opportunities—both within current accounts and against competitors.
• You will be tasked with scheduling appointments and advocating ADI's value proposition to motivate customers to increase their business with ADI.
• Manage customer relations from inception to conclusion, aiming to cultivate a lasting partnership while enhancing turnover and profit margins.
• You will assess market potential and identify opportunities and threats in the industry. Stay informed on competitor activities and disseminate this intelligence within the organization.
• You will evaluate sales data, identify key trends, and devise strategies to meet turnover and margin goals.
• You should possess experience in outside/field sales within the electronic security sector.
• Familiarity with a fast-paced B2B sales environment that involves a high volume of SKUs or a short sales cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient planning and organizational capabilities.
• Valid driving license.
