This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic enhancement of current customers within the insurance sector
• Primary liaison at the management level
• Ensure customers derive maximum value from the EMIL Insurance Suite
• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with C-level executives and departmental decision-makers
• Strategically expand accounts focusing on share of wallet
• Position EMIL as a technological partner for insurers’ digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct regular executive meetings, business reviews, and alignment of the joint roadmap
• Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects among existing customers
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Delivery teams
• Proactive planning and management of contract renewals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
• Develop and implement effective measures to prevent customer churn
• Support customers throughout the implementation and operational phases of the EMIL platform
• Coordinate between customer, Delivery, Support, and Product Management teams
• Manage escalation for critical issues
• Develop reference customers, case studies, and success stories
• Assist Marketing and Sales at events, providing references and industry positioning
• Systematically relay customer feedback to Product Management and Go-to-Market teams
• A minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales within a software or IT setting
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise customers, preferably in the insurance industry
• Established track record of enhancing existing customer relationships (upselling / cross-selling / renewals)
• Strong comprehension of IT architectures, SaaS models, and digital transformation projects
• Capability to build and maintain relationships at both C-level and departmental levels
• Experience in handling complex stakeholder structures and transformation projects
• Organized, independent working style with a strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for management levels
• Native-level proficiency in German and very good spoken and written English
