This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Take charge of the renewal process for a portfolio of current schools, ensuring optimal Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics.
• Actively engage with schools to tackle challenges, showcase EP’s value, and ensure timely renewals.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for their educational needs.
• Discover opportunities to broaden EP’s presence within current schools by advocating for additional features, subjects, or licenses as per the established targets.
• Collaborate with school leaders and educators to ensure EP’s solutions align with their changing goals and priorities.
• Conduct upselling conversations and demonstrations to illustrate the advantages of an expanded use of EP’s platform.
• Work closely with the customer success and professional services teams to facilitate seamless transitions for newly onboarded schools.
• Partner with the professional services team to provide exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term success.
• Represent EP at conferences, events, and networking opportunities, advocating for our mission and solutions.
• Build relationships with key education organizations and associations.
• A proven history of managing customer relationships and achieving retention objectives.
• Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth.
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding value and support to schools.
• Confidence in leading workshops and presenting new opportunities to stakeholders.
• Understanding of the education sector and the challenges faced by schools.
• Capacity to work effectively within a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
