This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing business concerns and promptly resolving any conflicts in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with contract stipulations, adhere to timelines, and meticulously track and report on program performance.
• Prepare and deliver business and account updates to both clients and company management.
• Provide training and education to users and stakeholders regarding systems and services.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to guarantee satisfactory service levels, identifying issues and coordinating actions for resolution when necessary.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Raise business concerns and needs to the executive and IT teams when escalation is necessary.
• Engage with elected officials, public sector parking professionals, colleagues, and other stakeholders to comprehend strategic priorities and develop outcome-focused solutions.
• Keep abreast of pertinent state and local legislation as well as industry trends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in account or relationship management, on-street parking, curbside management, or related experience with governmental agencies is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to the State of California for meetings with clients, prospective clients, partners, and attendance at industry events.
• Availability to work during PST business hours is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
• High technical proficiency, with the ability to engage with clients and IT teams on technical requirements.
• Experience in leadership roles or committee positions with industry organizations such as CMPA, IPMI, or other regional associations.
• An established network of relationships with municipal stakeholders, consultants, or industry partners is advantageous.
