This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Accountable for actively managing the daily relationships between the Agency and/or Network partners for assigned accounts.
• Deliver strategic and tactical client services to a sophisticated and high-touch customer base.
• Take initiative in overseeing designated portfolios, recognizing growth opportunities and potential for upselling within the current client base.
• Engage in hands-on management of client business processes, which include onboarding and implementation, reporting, proactive remediation, and billing.
• Guarantee the quality of services and solutions, ensuring satisfactory resolution of all support requests and troubleshooting any reporting, ad-serving, or data issues.
• Organize and facilitate kick-off and ongoing calls with clients and internal teams to clarify campaign deliverables.
• Compile performance evaluations for each client, emphasizing the DoubleVerify value proposition throughout.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure delivery and billing, extracting insights from reports.
• Facilitate and ensure the contract billing process is executed with quality and timeliness.
• Comprehend and effectively communicate DoubleVerify’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships concerning the growth of current and prospective client accounts.
• Successfully manage client expectations throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Build and sustain robust, active relationships with clients at both senior and mid-management levels.
• Navigate sometimes complex relationships across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, and third-party Technology partners.
• Participate in client meetings to grasp partner goals and objectives.
• Manage and/or engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Close the feedback loop internally by providing customer insights on how DoubleVerify can enhance products and services.
• Additional responsibilities may include attending offsite meetings, conferences, or industry events as necessary.
• Undertake special projects as designated by management.
• Experience in Sales or Account Management with a profound understanding of the online advertising industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent/higher level of education.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Direct experience at one or more of the following: advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
• Familiarity with Ad Serving technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the online media marketplace.
• Experience in managing online media products and technologies, including creative trafficking, campaign management, or ad serving.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker, and a collaborative team player ready to hit the ground running.
• Proven capability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, handle competing priorities, and consistently perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at clearly conveying issues, articulating points concisely, and ensuring effective overall communication channels.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives.
