This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the client, performing regular check-ins and managing escalations and upselling opportunities.

• Discover new client prospects and serve as a liaison to present these opportunities to clients.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet client requirements.

• Partner with production teams to create strategic recommendation briefs that align with agency standards while considering best practices and client objectives.

• Assist in the organization and execution of Growth Councils.

• Work alongside design and production departments to convey strategy, evaluate concepts, and prepare client presentations.

• Present upselling opportunities when appropriate.

• Serve as a conduit for communicating the production team’s concerns to the client.

• Identify and address project risks in collaboration with the production team.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and project goals, articulating them effectively.

• Collaborate with project teams to track project risks and scope creep, anticipating potential issues and proactively proposing solutions.

• Regularly recognize needs that clients may overlook and ensure that approaches and solutions are aligned with objectives and future requirements.

• This position may involve some travel to company and client locations, potentially outside of standard working hours.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a sales or account management position within the ecommerce or tech sector.

• Outstanding communication, public speaking, and customer service abilities.

• A strong enthusiasm for people, digital platforms, and ecommerce.

• Proficient technical skills and a solid understanding of web development basics.

• Knowledge of web design and usability best practices and current trends.

• Comfortable using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, and Hubspot.

• Willingness to learn additional tools such as Jira, Slack, and Teamgantt.

• Superior organizational and time management capabilities.

• A genuine desire to learn and grow within the agency!
