This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the client, conducting regular check-ins while managing escalations and upsell opportunities.

• Discover new client prospects and serve as a liaison to present these opportunities to clients.

• Collaborate with production teams to effectively allocate resources for client requirements.

• Work alongside production teams to create strategic recommendation briefs that align with agency standards, taking into account best practices and client objectives.

• Participate in and facilitate Growth Councils.

• Partner with design and production departments to convey strategy, review concepts, and prepare client presentations.

• Present upsell opportunities when appropriate.

• Serve as a communication channel to relay production team concerns to the client.

• Identify and address project risks in conjunction with the production team.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and project goals, clearly articulating them.

• Collaborate with project teams to track project risks and scope creep, anticipating potential issues and proactively proposing solutions.

• Continuously recognize needs that clients may overlook and ensure that strategies and solutions align with their objectives and future requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of prior experience in a sales or account management position within the ecommerce or tech industry.

• Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in Shopify projects or agency settings.

• Strong comprehension of business and functional requirements.

• Familiarity with third-party applications, platforms, and integrations.
