This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our business, cloud management platform, support services, and how they cater to our clients' needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge, context, and ownership of your assigned customers while managing communication with corresponding vendor teams to showcase value and identify potential revenue growth opportunities.
• Handle customer-related support escalations until resolution, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the interests of the customer, vendor, and company.
• Discover new workload opportunities within the customer's Cloud Environment and SaaS solutions.
• Establish a consistent engagement rhythm with your entire customer portfolio, balancing the needs of significant strategic accounts and rapidly growing emerging clients.
• Help gather customer feedback to ensure our products and solutions are closely aligned with client requirements and requests.
• Relay customer feedback and requests to engineering teams, providing valuable market and customer context to assist in prioritizing deliverables during active development cycles.
• Conduct regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking current project timelines, projected spending on respective cloud platforms, and feedback on DoiT support and engagement.
• Foster and enhance relationships with key cloud providers to ensure alignment during customer engagements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities within the customer's cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cloud vendor sales representatives on shared customer accounts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, specifically supporting the EMEA market.
• At least 2 years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor, etc.).
• Experience in supporting customers within the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or any other cloud vendor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with proficiency in additional languages (such as French) being a plus.
• Strong technical abilities that facilitate productive engagement with technical teams and the capability to build influential relationships.
• Exceptional operational and administrative skills, with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to shift focus from the big picture to minute details.
• A strong desire to grow within the organization and continually expand your skill set.
• A good sense of humor and a passion for enjoying work.
• Bonus Points: Possession of Cloud Certifications (such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications).
