This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending customer needs, delivering continuous support, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth, encompassing upselling, renewals, and opportunities for expansion.
• Proactively detect risks to retention by identifying customer dissatisfaction early and addressing any concerns.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and consistently delivering value.
• Utilize data and insights to reinforce the product's value and effectively counter objections.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care teams to fulfill client needs and enhance outcomes.
• Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their feedback is communicated and addressed to improve the customer experience.
• Deliver training and support to clients on product usage, including demonstrations, onboarding assistance, and best practices.
• Meet key performance metrics related to retention, renewals, upselling, and engagement.
• Keep accurate and timely records of all client interactions within CRM systems.
• Continuously expand knowledge of products, industry trends, and best practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in account management, customer-facing, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in relationship building with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Capability to identify customer needs and offer thoughtful solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• A high degree of integrity and accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of the construction industry or the ability to learn quickly.
