Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage a quarterly and annual sales quota while generating pipelines with existing customers.

• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of large accounts (both enterprise and mid-market), focusing primarily on account growth and retention.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders, including CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and their direct reports.

• Actively engage with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to promote product adoption and identify growth opportunities.

• Gain insights into how different teams within an organization utilize the product, pinpointing additional use cases and expansion prospects.

• Deliver solution-oriented product demonstrations customized to meet the needs of various teams and stakeholders.

• Showcase the product by highlighting relevant customer success stories and internal use cases.

• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful implementation.

• Keep accurate account plans, expansion pipelines, and activity records using CRM tools.

• Stay informed about market trends and customer demands within the North American SaaS and technology sectors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Expansion, or Sales roles within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proficient in cold calling CXOs to identify customer pain points and journeys.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing large accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments.

• Strong ability to engage with technical stakeholders and conduct high-level executive discussions.

• Experience in executing software demonstrations and facilitating solution conversations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and persuasive approach.

• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship management abilities.

• Previous experience working with North American customers and operating in EST time zones.

• Willingness to work EST hours from India.
