This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and sustain a portfolio of current client accounts and ongoing initiatives.
• Manage custom apparel orders from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Engage directly with clients regarding updates on orders, timelines, approvals, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of customer projects.
• Track project timelines and proactively tackle any delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
• Address client concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and promptness.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customer relationships and foster account expansion.
• Keep precise records, project notes, and communication updates.
• Assist with order tracking, status updates, and coordination of workflows.
• Leverage systems and collaboration tools to facilitate account management activities.
• Provide support for ad hoc operational or client service projects as assigned.
• A college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in an Account Manager, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or similar position.
• A track record of earning awards, recognition, or achieving measurable success in client-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Experience in the promotional products or apparel industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Proficiency in using collaboration and communication platforms is essential.
• An interest or experience with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
