This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take full responsibility as Account Manager for both existing clients and new accounts in the APAC region
• Actively oversee all renewal opportunities within your portfolio, aiming for minimal churn and achieving a high client retention rate
• Establish, monitor, and report on essential account health metrics
• Create and implement customized success plans for all accounts
• Regularly illustrate the ROI and business value of the dTIMS ecosystem to clients
• Organize and conduct strategic business reviews that emphasize past achievements, future alignment, and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities, lead proposals, and manage project execution
• Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a comparable client-facing role, particularly within a B2B SaaS or transport infrastructure context
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, organized, and consistently striving for improvement
• Confidence and strong skills in collaboration
