This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Ensure that the designated territory achieves sales, gross profit, and unit objectives.
• Develop relationships with accounts that extend beyond the purchasing level to engage key decision makers.
• Organize customer visits to deliver technical information, product demonstrations, and/or technical seminars.
• Participate in local vendor exhibitions as well as company-sponsored trade shows.
• Execute account action plans, assess performance, and enhance current account sales and support initiatives for the territory.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, which may include providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Several years of experience in a role related to technical sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Life Science.
• Native Czech speaker with fluency in English.
• Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Ability to travel 40-60% within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, primarily in the Czech Republic.
• Flexible working arrangements.
