This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.
β’ Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your designated portfolio β achieve expansion, renewal, and retention goals.
β’ Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and advance them towards closure.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust expansion pipeline (3β4x coverage) in alignment with quota.
β’ Actively manage renewal cycles, detect at-risk accounts early, and implement recovery strategies to uphold strong GRR performance.
β’ Keep an accurate record of pipeline and forecasts in CRM; effectively communicate anticipated outcomes and potential risks.
β’ Lead commercial discussions with clients β covering pricing, renewals, and contract adjustments.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Support, and Services teams to achieve customer outcomes and facilitate issue resolution.
β’ Help shape the Account Management function β enhance playbooks, processes, and best practices, while providing insights on effective strategies.
β’ 4β8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
β’ Demonstrated success in independently identifying and securing expansion opportunities.
β’ Experience in managing revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
β’ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
β’ Experience collaborating across functions to drive customer success.
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce); collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams); and productivity tools (MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
