This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your designated business portfolio — achieve targets for expansion, renewal, and retention.
• Discover up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and advance them toward closure.
• Develop and uphold a robust expansion pipeline (3–4x coverage) in alignment with quota.
• Proactively oversee renewal cycles, identify accounts that may be at risk early, and implement recovery plans to ensure strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; clearly convey expected results and potential risks.
• Lead commercial discussions with clients — covering pricing, renewals, and contract modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Services to achieve customer outcomes and facilitate issue resolution.
• Play a role in developing the Account Management function — refine playbooks, processes, and best practices, while providing insights on what is effective and what needs improvement.
• 4–8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Demonstrated success in independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive customer success.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce); collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams); and productivity tools (MS Office Suite, G-Suite).
