This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of designated accounts, particularly focusing on Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) along the west coast.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
• Implement outreach and engagement initiatives aimed at fostering product adoption, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
• Discover and assess new business prospects in collaboration with your Business Development Representative (BDR).
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual targets for retention and revenue growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a constructive and positive relationship.
• Monitor client health and proactively mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with support teams to provide onboarding, training, and value-driven check-ins.
• Showcase product value through regular business reviews and by sharing pertinent success stories.
• Convey customer and regional insights to internal teams to influence product enhancements and marketing strategies.
• Engage in beta programs and assist clients in embracing new features.
• Maintain precise CRM records, account plans, and forecasts for renewals and upsells.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on significant account outcomes.
• Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to established processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Contribute to marketing and advocacy initiatives, including case studies, references, and testimonials.
• Represent CrowdRiff at industry events and networking opportunities as required.
• Stay informed about CrowdRiff’s product offerings and industry trends.
• Participate in internal training programs to improve product knowledge and account management abilities.
• Share insights and collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding retention and/or growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to analyze customer data and leverage insights to boost engagement.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success teams.
• Knowledge of the travel, tourism, or DMO sector is a plus.
• Proficient in managing multiple accounts and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
