This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meeting sales objectives in both units and revenue within the designated portfolio.
• Ensuring financial goals are achieved while cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing and nurturing key accounts through strategic account plans to drive outcomes.
• Offering pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative product support in cardiac surgery.
• Identifying customer trends and providing insights to the Sales Manager/Commercial Director.
• Managing regional bidding activities and ensuring competitive positioning is maintained.
• Performing market analysis and delivering reports to management.
• Partnering with Medical Affairs on virtual proctoring and preceptorship initiatives.
• Representing the company in the designated territory while embodying corporate values and vision.
• At least 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience in managing distributors is advantageous.
• Background in cardiac surgery or heart valve products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in the medical device industry, especially in cardiac surgery or heart valves.
• Strong skills in selling and marketing.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
• High proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of distributor dynamics and market development.
