This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Interact with customers to align their objectives with our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure account retention, development, and the growth of lifetime customer value throughout the portfolio.
• Promote customer usage and adoption of software to maximize license utilization by facilitating effective onboarding and adoption, leading to retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist POD teams in expanding and developing customer accounts by identifying needs, educating clients, and selling additional products from our software portfolio.
• Monitor and report on customers' product experiences, providing consultation and recommendations for enhancing performance and success.
• Fluent in Dutch & proficient in other languages (additional languages are an advantage!).
• Demonstrated success in rapidly growing SaaS businesses.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of over 200 accounts spanning various segments/verticals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to influence decision-making at all levels.
• Proven capability to negotiate seven-figure renewals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Experience in roles such as Customer Success Manager, Renewals, Sales, IT Manager, or Software Sales.
• Positive mindset and a strong customer-centric approach; always ready to prioritize customers' needs.
• Some travel required.
