📋 Description

• Propel growth by enhancing product and service upselling, broadening usage, and boosting overall referral volume within designated markets.

• Cultivate robust customer relationships, acting as an escalation point for major accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Retain clientele by guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and demonstrating clear ROI.

• Lead strategic meetings with customer stakeholders at the director level or higher.

• Develop and manage strategic Action Plans for all key accounts.

• Participate in pertinent industry conferences and local market events.

• Maintain precise and complete Salesforce documentation while adhering to all operational protocols.

• Collaborate across various departments and contribute to coaching, development, and fostering a positive team culture.

• Engage in cross-functional projects and receive favorable feedback from customers and internal teams.

• Gather insights on deals and address issues or concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Employ the deal review process and closing strategies to enhance win rates and expedite deals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically selling clinical or technology solutions to providers.

• Expertise in products and market trends.

• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, phone, webinar, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of measuring, reporting on, and crafting narratives around ROI.

• Effective collaborator with experience in working alongside senior leaders to recommend, plan, and implement organizational initiatives.

• Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%.
