This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Providing guidance to customers on possible solutions while fostering strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Crafting email sequences and responding promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Discovering and reaching out to new leads via inbound channels, following up through email or phone communication.
• Conducting A/B tests on various strategies to enhance outcomes and boost conversion rates.
• Performing online platform demonstrations to highlight the advantages and features of our products.
• Developing and negotiating offers to successfully close deals with prospective customers.
• Identifying additional value and benefits to upsell to current customers.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, demonstrating a successful history of achieving and surpassing targets.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities: Capable of identifying customer pain points and delivering effective solutions.
• Proficient in utilizing a range of technology platforms and tools.
• Effective time management skills: Able to handle workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
• Positive mindset: Works well within a team, adapts to changes, and performs effectively under pressure.
• Enjoys conducting online demonstrations.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of companies and industries.
