This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• - **Cultivate significant partnerships:** Act as a strategic consultant to leading recruitment firms, steering growth strategies, execution, and operational excellence.
• - **Enhance the supply engine:** Recognize bottlenecks across onboarding, engagement, and retention, and create systems that enable partners to achieve greater performance.
• - **Conduct marketplace experiments:** Experiment and iterate on incentives, workflows, and automation that enhance marketplace liquidity and results.
• - **Connect operations and product:** Convert real-world partner insights into internal tools, processes, and product enhancements.
• - **Boost revenue:** Take ownership of and execute revenue objectives tied to partner performance—not solely focused on retention.
• - 2–8 years of experience in account management, customer success, revenue operations, or roles within startup operations.
• - Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with customers and managing revenue execution.
• - Background in customer-facing, post-sales, or operational roles within rapidly growing startups (from Series A to pre-IPO).
• - Proven track record of owning a revenue target (not limited to support or retention).
• - Strong operational mindset with the capability to identify issues and implement scalable solutions.
• - Experience in a high-performing, reputable organization with a robust execution culture.
• - Outstanding academic or professional history (top university, strong GPA, or equivalent indicators of excellence).
• - Has accomplished something significantly impressive, rare, or unconventional that showcases ambition and creativity.
