This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the "Single Point of Truth" for clients following the completion of the sale.
• Guarantee a smooth transition from onboarding to establishing a long-term partnership.
• Oversee a varied portfolio with a focus on strategic and scalable engagement.
• Detect early warning signs to avert churn and secure renewals.
• Facilitate impactful Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision makers.
• Propel contract renewals and pinpoint expansion or upsell opportunities.
• Serve as the "Internal Quarterback," coordinating efforts across teams to deliver value.
• Background in customer success or account management.
• Strong skills in relationship management.
• Capability to handle a diverse client portfolio.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in strategic engagement and process-oriented management.
• Robust analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead significant business reviews and uncover upsell opportunities.
