This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Actively prospecting via telephone to schedule appointments with interesting potential clients in Belgium.
• Engaging in conversations with clients to accurately assess their needs and challenges related to personnel administration and payroll.
• Preparing and delivering a tailored demonstration for clients to illustrate the benefits of collaboration.
• Once the partnership is formalized, you will correctly transfer the file to colleagues and update the internal CRM system (HubSpot).
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch!
• Proficiency in French and English is a significant advantage.
• Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not mandatory!
• Persuasive, customer-oriented, communicative, and commercially minded.
• You derive satisfaction from establishing new collaborations alongside your colleagues.
