This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers while establishing a network with key business stakeholders to activate, expand, and enhance revenue growth.
• Function as a genuine consultative business partner, pinpointing client challenges and proposing solutions from Cint’s product offerings.
• Execute quarterly plans for account growth.
• Clearly articulate Cint’s value propositions in relation to customers’ business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Enterprise, Media Measurement, and Connected Data solutions to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Represent the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are effectively communicated within the Cint organization.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Success, Customer Development, and Project Management, to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Meet quarterly objectives while ensuring clients remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
• Diligently utilize CRM to forecast and track essential account metrics.
• Prior experience in an Account Management or strategic client-facing role.
• Proven track record of employing a consultative approach to deliver top-tier solutions for clients.
• Established ability to collaborate and forge strong relationships with customers.
• Accountability (one of our core values) and a commitment to going the extra mile for clients.
• Demonstrated capability to engage with various corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management).
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Previous experience in market research is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for technology, with the ability to utilize, demonstrate, and discuss new disruptive technologies with clients.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Swedish (minimum C1 level) and English.
