• Take ownership, manage, and enhance relationships with current referral sources in key markets to foster ongoing growth.
• Track incoming referrals and liaise with appropriate parties to ensure transparency in the referral to admission process.
• Maintain continuous communication with referral sources when clients are referred, providing updates throughout the referral journey.
• Facilitate meetings with patients, parents, and providers to identify needs, address treatment barriers, and strengthen community partnerships.
• Develop strategies to better support and engage referral partners across various channels.
• Participate in and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events, both in-person and via conference call.
• Analyze and relay market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to guide future marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market objectives.
• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone (US).
• Must be fluent in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, exhibiting a natural consultative approach.
• Strong project management abilities, with a proven capacity to organize and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools is required.
