This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• This role is based in Ontario.
• Stay updated on industry market trends and identify potential leads.
• Conduct sales presentations, on-site demonstrations, and engage in cold calling within your designated territory.
• Sustain the existing customer base through consistent contact, monitoring, and development efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to key accounts.
• Achieve all sales performance target indicators.
• Engage in trade shows, training events, or other relevant activities as required.
• Provide the Sales Manager with reports detailing activities and new business pipelines.
• It is essential to have experience as a surveyor or within the Survey and/or Engineering (AEC) industry.
• Must be an energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for selling in a competitive environment.
• Proven experience in recommending, presenting, and selling a variety of products tailored to customer needs.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, drive, and excellent communication and computer skills are crucial.
• Willing to dedicate 40-60% of time on the road (locally and occasionally overnight) to service and visit customers.
• Possess creative problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
• A valid driving license in good standing is required.
