This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CACI Electronic Warfare Line of Business (EW LOB) in the areas of EMSO, EW, SIGINT, and ELINT.
• Provide Field Sales Engineering (FSE) assistance to current customers using CACI EW LOB products.
• Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the growth and maintenance of the Army Account.
• Offer technical guidance on CACI EW LOB Products, particularly in EW and SIGINT, to promote expansion within the Army account.
• Showcase CACI EW LOB products at various locations to facilitate government testing, capability demonstrations, integration, and regression testing.
• Convert customer needs into internal engineering specifications to aid in iterative enhancements to the product line.
• Assist the Account Executive with sales initiatives and opportunity generation.
• Support Business Development in achieving capture objectives.
• Develop and track opportunities related to the Army Account within the CACI Products CRM tool, Salesforce.
• Provide weekly updates to CACI sales and BD leads concerning the Army Account.
• Facilitate or assist with new equipment training related to the Army Account.
• Offer on-site equipment support at customer locations, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the internal company hierarchy and customer points of contact.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 15 years of operational experience with DOD spectrum management, EW, or SIGINT systems in an operational context.
• Previous experience as an Army EW/SI Operator.
• Active TS/SCI clearance due to the nature of the customer base.
• Experience directly related to the deployment of EW/SIGINT equipment within the Army.
• In-depth knowledge of DOD Spectrum management, EW, and/or SIGINT operations across all domains.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, encompassing aspects such as propagation, detectability, and direction finding.
• Self-motivated with the capability to engage with customers to discern their needs and translate them into engineering specifications independently.
• Willingness to travel on short notice to demonstrate CACI EW LOB systems in suitable environments.
• Familiarity with DOD Service organizations, including a comprehensive understanding of the various functions within these entities.
