This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Contributes to the implementation of the Commercial strategy, sales objectives, units, and profitability goals established by Sales Management within the designated sales territory by fulfilling sales budget commitments and expanding business in TBR Retail, Wholesales, and Commercial Fleets channels.
• Actively participates in providing input and executing sales strategies for all local sales channels within the TBR product group (retail/WH/fleet business).
• Develops and executes seasonal sales plans (conditions, value-added proposals, trade marketing, E2E efficiency).
• Monitors plans and suggests proactive measures if outcomes are below expectations.
• Collaborates closely with the sales teams of VIP Distributors (activation, action plans, training).
• Identifies and pursues significant business opportunities with customers, recognizes existing and/or potential challenges, and facilitates their resolution.
• Regularly visits Commercial Fleets (both direct and indirect customers) within the assigned area, assesses and reports on tire performance (ToolBox).
• Manages the customer database under the Bridgestone Passion Program, focusing particularly on new customers: conducting active maintenance activities (purchase analysis/action plan), supporting communication efforts, providing market feedback, identifying market needs, and contributing to the development of new functionalities.
• Prepares contributions for the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting, along with progress reports.
• Oversees the resources provided by the marketing department (visuals, promotional items, other marketing materials).
• Actively collaborates with the Marketing Department to address internal demands and customer needs related to the Bridgestone Passion Program.
• Works closely with colleagues from various departments (LSCM/CS/Finance/FE) to ensure an exceptional level of Customer Experience.
• Initiates customer events such as seminars, product launches, tire performance assessments, training sessions, etc.
• Represents Bridgestone as an Ambassador for new products/tools/solutions.
• Higher education.
• 2-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (commercial vehicle and/or components) in roles such as Sales, After Sales, or Service Manager.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with a Multinational Company in the Automotive sector.
• Proven experience in Sales & After sales roles within the Truck & Bus segment.
• Familiarity with Truck & Bus Fleet business.
• Experience in Dealer Network development regarding Service Level, Corporate Identity, and Company IT-System-Process-Reporting usage.
• Familiarity with New Prospect Analysis & Existing Dealer performance evaluation.
• Ability to enhance current Bridgestone knowledge and skills in areas such as Dealer Network Development and overall Dealer Business Model (Service Level and Profitability Analysis).
• Experienced in the Budget Process and Reporting within Multinational Companies.
• Strong communicator capable of confidently and credibly interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Able to work effectively with individuals of varying sophistication.
• Capable of supporting overall business development.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Driving license category B.
