Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the premier representative for the YORK Factory Direct brand within the HVAC distribution sector.

• Cultivate relationships with current clients while driving year-over-year growth.

• Engage in discussions regarding all products and programs to increase share of wallet.

• Identify and recruit potential customers that align with the YORK partnership criteria.

• Develop tailored marketing strategies to support customer expansion.

• Negotiate pricing and sales terms effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R.

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management.

• Proficient in Salesforce.

• Willingness to travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
