This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at optimizing client retention, contract enhancements, and the promotion of Bitsight products and services.
• Clearly communicate the business and technical advantages of Bitsight’s offerings to the client base.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients with the intent of broadening Bitsight’s presence across assigned accounts.
• Develop and sustain robust C-level relationships with designated clients.
• Provide accurate forecasts for all deals on a monthly and quarterly basis to leadership.
• Identify and express the strategic, organizational, and financial objectives of assigned clients.
• Formulate and implement account strategies and targeted sales initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate across various functions within Bitsight to define and drive the execution of action plans that enhance and optimize the use of Bitsight products and services.
• Keep precise and current account and contact details in the CRM for all assigned accounts.
• 2 years of progressive and successful experience as a Junior Account Manager or in a comparable role.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business-related field.
• Experience in SaaS is essential.
• Background in cybersecurity and cyber risk management is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in broader EMEA markets is advantageous.
• Strong skills in territory and contract management.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Proven capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
