This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, map, and cultivate new enterprise clients with an emphasis on the São Paulo region.
• Concentrate on business development, taking initiative in generating new opportunities within the enterprise sector.
• Establish relationships with key technology influencers and decision-makers at medium and large enterprises.
• Recognize opportunities to offer outsourced technology professionals.
• Perform consultative sales by grasping the client’s pain points, challenges, and context prior to crafting the solution.
• Develop account strategies, approach plans, and stakeholder identification.
• Oversee sales pipeline, CRM maintenance, follow-ups, and opportunity forecasting.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, diagnostics, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency between the commercial proposal, technical specifications, timelines, margins, and delivery capabilities.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and hiring patterns in technology to provide commercial intelligence for BHS.
• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Background in selling to medium and large businesses.
• Familiarity with long sales cycles.
• Established connections with technology decision-makers or influencers.
• Experience selling to CIOs, Heads of Technology, or Technology Managers.
• Strong active prospecting (hunter) abilities.
• Proficient in pipeline and CRM management.
