This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales objectives by identifying, nurturing, and finalizing opportunities across a diverse range of IT services, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft technologies.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Microsoft solutions—including Azure cloud migration, Modern Workplace (M365), Security services, and Data & AI—and align them with client business goals.
• Create and implement detailed account plans and sales strategies to optimize revenue and increase market share within current accounts.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Marketing to develop persuasive proposals, accurately scope projects, and ensure seamless service execution.
• Keep precise sales forecasts, oversee pipeline activities, and update account information using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully finalize complex service agreements.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT services sales or account management, preferably within a multinational or global organization.
• Proven track record in selling and positioning Microsoft-centric solutions (Azure, M365, Security, etc.). Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with Microsoft’s partner landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
