This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Achieve sales targets within the salads and open-field tomato sectors across QLD and NSW.
• Cultivate customer relationships and implement sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional daily service and favorable commercial results.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
• Deliver prompt market and customer insights to aid in forecasting and informed business decisions.
• Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in agriculture, horticulture, seeds, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong customer relationships and achieve sales outcomes.
• Strong customer-centric sales skills complemented by solid commercial insight.
• Practical knowledge of agricultural production systems and client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple customers and priorities efficiently.
• Effective communication skills and a cooperative mindset for teamwork.
