This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Avride’s offerings and services, encompassing our features, advantages, and value propositions.
• Aid in overseeing a portfolio of campus accounts, ensuring prompt communication, and addressing inquiries and concerns with diligence and urgency.
• Collaborate with campuses to stimulate delivery demand and provide an outstanding experience for their dining communities.
• Conduct regular check-ins with campus partners to collect feedback, evaluate satisfaction levels, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Address all campus inquiries, account issues, and requests, or direct them to the relevant company departments within expected turnaround times.
• Keep precise and current records of client interactions, including discussion notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to boost product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall proficiency in account management practices.
• Actively look for opportunities to contribute to team objectives and initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growing within the role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma/GED with equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Strong proficiency in Google products and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software; experience with Google Sheets and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Native-level fluency in English is essential.
• A genuine motivation to exceed expectations in finding solutions for university partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence in engaging with University leadership.
• A responsive, always-available mindset; you treat your campus partners as true collaborators, and they recognize they can rely on you.
• A proven history of achieving and surpassing goals.
• Ability to navigate confidently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously; a self-starter with a strong inclination towards action and problem-solving; optimizes effectiveness by prioritizing time effectively.
• A remarkable, positive attitude with a passion and aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
