This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Acts as the main point of contact for customer interactions with the company's resources, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, as reflected in surveys and share of wallet.
• Cultivates robust, strategic relationships with customers to understand and utilize their business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to provide the ideal business value proposition and sales solution strategy.
• Offers leadership and direction in critical customer planning and engagement initiatives.
• Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to monitor progress towards revenue and growth objectives and is responsible for executing the business plan.
• Diligently oversees profitability by reducing profit leaks and enhancing gross profit.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong comprehension of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the specific needs of assigned accounts.
• Recognizes emerging market trends and interdependencies affecting customers; utilizes this knowledge to strengthen relationships with their own customers.
• May be acknowledged as an expert in a particular area.
• Requires well-developed sales expertise across a specified portfolio of products/services/accounts; applies this expertise in a complex sales environment.
