πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify and seek out new customers by utilizing high-volume and high-velocity outbound prospecting techniques.

β€’ Efficiently manage a sales pipeline, cultivate relationships, and finalize deals.

β€’ Create innovative and tailored outreach strategies to engage potential customers.

β€’ Keep precise and comprehensive records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a full-cycle inside sales position, with a robust background in lead generation through cold calls and emails, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing sales.

β€’ [Preferred] Inside Sales experience focused on the Public Safety and/or Education sectors.

β€’ Eagerness to engage in new projects, try new approaches, learn quickly from setbacks, and scale successful initiatives.

β€’ Proficiency in sales tools and programs such as Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo, or similar platforms.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Problem-solving skills are essential.

β€’ A positive attitude, coupled with a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn. You should be open to acquiring new tools, systems, and best practices for continuous improvement.

β€’ Adaptability and patience in a rapidly evolving environment, recognizing that processes may frequently change.

β€’ Strong active listening skills, with an ability to build relationships, tactfully handle objections, and devise creative solutions to challenges.
