This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain insight into your customers' business drivers and challenges.

• Build a strategic advisory relationship with your customers.

• Proactively provide strategic insights and solutions to tackle customer challenges.

• Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of Avinode Group's offerings.

• Relay customer needs and pain points to the Product team to influence enhancements to the product roadmap.

• Keep abreast of industry trends by participating in events and conferences.

• Consistently log activities and tasks while tracking sales opportunities in Avinode Group's CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a skilled sales and customer success professional in SaaS B2B sales and customer success.

• Familiarity with the intricacies of charter sales operations for an operator or broker and knowledge of FAR part 91 and 135 regulations.

• In-depth knowledge of all Charter Sales products and current on product enhancements.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that meets the expectations for this role.

• Proven proficiency with CRM platforms, AI-driven productivity tools, and other business applications to enhance day-to-day efficiency.

• Exceptional relationship-building abilities.

• A demonstrated history of developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and pinpointing expansion opportunities.

• Confident, diligent, and enthusiastic about delivering results today while planning for tomorrow.

• Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• An analytical mindset with critical thinking and data-driven recommendations.

• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new methods and tools.

• Effective communication skills with a strong ability to influence others.

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
