This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Meet the designated sales targets and quotas for strategic accounts.

• Facilitate direct sales interactions with manufacturing, power utilities, and EPC clients.

• Develop and implement strategic account plans.

• Enhance AVEVA's presence within current key customers.

• Identify and secure complex, high-value software opportunities.

• Cultivate executive-level relationships within direct accounts.

• Comprehend customer needs and recommend customized solutions.

• Partner with presales and delivery teams for significant pursuits.

• Utilize the AVEVA partner ecosystem to bolster account growth.

• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM practices.

• Conduct presentations and position solutions to senior stakeholders.

• Handle customer escalations and facilitate deal execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of direct sales experience in an enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated success in complex solution selling.

• Experience in selling to owner/operator clients.

• Proficient in managing enterprise sales cycles.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of formulating and executing account strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies (MEDDPIC preferred).

• Hunter mentality with strong capabilities in acquiring new business.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An engineering, industrial, or technical background is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in process or discrete manufacturing sectors.

• Experience with power, utilities, or EPC clients is preferred.

• Background in software or industrial automation sales is preferred.

• Experience engaging with senior executives (VP, CTO, CIO, Operations).

• Proven ability to close high-value opportunities.

• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation.

• Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel within Taiwan.
