This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Comprehend and influence the business models and objectives of customers to guarantee their success.
• Supervise and manage the product development process from the initial customer briefing through final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.
• Oversee the comprehensive sales process, which includes inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers utilizing digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tools).
• Address complex order, quality, or deployment challenges to ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by responding to inquiries and offering detailed information about our services.
• Strong experience and expertise in prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach.
• Engage in store audits, lead customer meetings, and maintain account planners.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations.
• Collaborate with various teams to bolster sales growth and product development initiatives.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• At least 3+ years of experience in team sports and licensed team sports sales (Professional, NCAA, Team Dealer).
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S./Canada team sports calendar and landscape, along with the NCAA NIL market.
• Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including the use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, and product/customer databases.
• Established track record of success in team sports sales, both in retail and on field/ice/pitch/court.
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with heat transfers, twill, patches, badges, and external embellishments.
