This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
• Collaborate with the Global Account Manager to identify, develop, and implement sales strategies for accounts within your portfolio.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business development in assigned accounts, overseeing all aspects of account management, understanding business drivers, leveraging cross-functional resources, and analyzing key sales metrics.
• Engage with customers to comprehend their needs and deliver effective results.
• Formulate and execute expansion strategies to achieve sales quotas.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and Customer Support teams to gather strategic insights and prepare sales presentations.
• Communicate effectively with the customer success team to create and capitalize on conversion, upgrade, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain a growth mindset and strive for continuous skill enhancement and knowledge acquisition while collaborating with colleagues.
• Ensure that our customers receive top-notch sales and operational excellence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive actions, and customer opportunities, and propose innovative strategies to boost sales.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within the hospitality SaaS sector.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with vertical specialization in Hotels, Restaurants, and Casinos being advantageous.
• Capability to sell an application and technology-based platform.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively, along with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-Level executives and technology leaders.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to manage conflict resolution.
