This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Off-Street Account Manager, you will be instrumental in attracting new clients (parking operators) and enhancing existing business partnerships within the parking facilities and garages sector.

• Working closely with the European Arrive team and the Head of Gated, you will create solutions for both private and public sector partners.

• Your core responsibilities will involve establishing new partnerships and nurturing current customer relationships.

• You will analyze markets and potential clients to identify promising leads.

• Overseeing the entire sales process will be crucial—this includes everything from initial outreach and negotiations to the implementation of solutions.

• You will assist partners in digitizing their parking operations.

• Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and provide continuous support to partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on complex service offerings such as SaaS.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, along with a strong commercial mindset.

• Demonstrated success in Key Account Management or similar positions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience working with public-sector clients and larger enterprises.

• A self-reliant, organized, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop business cases and enhance partner success.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or Economics, or a comparable practical qualification.

• Experience collaborating with municipalities or public institutions is advantageous.
