This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Achieve and surpass both quarterly and annual booking targets.
• Cultivate a pipeline by fostering relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and clients.
• Manage and expand relationships with new customers and the revenue linked to Arista's data center and campus networking products.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities through phone outreach by qualifying and tracking leads, researching and pinpointing key contacts, initiating calls to establish business connections, qualifying new accounts, and closing sales.
• Engage in the planning, development, execution, and assessment of marketing programs to ensure their success according to established plans.
• Collaborate with Arista headquarters to synchronize sales and marketing activities.
• Take proactive steps to obtain necessary training and certification on Arista products.
• Monitor client satisfaction and elevate any issues of dissatisfaction for prompt resolution.
• Establish personal priorities and schedules to consistently meet defined goals and commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the high-tech sector or a background as a presales engineer aspiring to transition into a sales role.
• Based in Norway.
• Proficient in both English and Norwegian.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Established history of generating new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Core domain knowledge of networking solutions, including network routers and switches, with experience selling into enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with CXOs and executing multi-level selling strategies.
• Highly driven professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong orientation towards customer service and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Familiarity with competitive products, solutions, and services.
• Excellent time management skills, capability to multitask, take initiative, and follow through effectively.
• Ambition and capacity to transition into a leadership role as the business expands.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to integrity.
• Previous experience selling to Global 2000 organizations is preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
